연잎밥 Lotus leaf wrapped rice
재료ㅡ연잎 인원수, 잡곡찹쌀밥, 소금 약간.
Ingredients: Lotus leaves, sweet rice with black beans and red beans, salt
ㅡ잡곡찹쌀밥을 소금 조금 넣고 약간 되게, 한다.
Soak sweet rice in water at least 5-6 hours.
Soak black beans in water at least 4-5 hours.
Soak red beans in water at least 4-5 hours. Boil red beans in water about 20 min. after boiling. Drain water.
Mix sweet rice, black beans, red beans and little bit of salt, and cook. (Use little less water than normal rice cooking.)
ㅡ연잎에 싸서 찜솥에 한번 찐다.
Wrap in a lotus leaf one portion of cooked rice.
Steam it for 10-15 min.
가지조림 Egg plant Jorim
재료ㅡ가지 중간크기 4, 고추가루, 간장, 깻잎3묶음, 풋고추,들기름,가죽장아찌쫑쫑 조금. 메이플시럽
Ingredients: Medium size eggplant 4, red pepper powder, soy sauce, perilla leaves 3pack, green pepper, perilla oil, pickled Gajuk, maple syrup
ㅡ가지를 5센티정도 길이로 토막내, 세로로 4등분한다. 고추 다이스
Cut eggplant about 5 cm sections and cut into quarter long way.
Dice green pepper into small pieces.
ㅡ가지를 냄비에 넣고 고추다진거 고추가루 간장 넣어 간이 배게 주물러 준다.
In a pot, mix eggplant, diced green pepper, red pepper powder, soy sauce.
ㅡ깻잎, 들기름, 시럽약간 넣고 물 1컵 넣고 가지가 푹 익을때까지 조린다.
Add perilla leaves, perilla oil, maple syrup, and 1cup of water. Cook until eggplant get soft.
