One of summer cuisines in temple is cold bean soup with noodle.
Ingredients: Black beans, Kal-guk-su noodle, salt
1. Boil water in a large pot and cook black beans until soft.
2. Peel off outer layer and grind with little the water boiled with beans.
3. Strain remaining bean pieces and use the liquid as soup.
4. Serve with cooked noodle and cucumber. Salt on the side.
Go-Chu-Jang- Ddeok
Ingredients: Kimchi, pepper, flour, water
Chop Kimchi and pepper.
Make batter little thick and mix with kimchi and pepper.
Pan fry it into 5 cm diameter.
