국수 어느정도 익으면 호박 채썰고 버섯 채썰어 같이 끓인다
Kalguksoo (Knife cut noodle soup)
-Ingredients: Knife cut noodle, zucchini, shitake mushroom, soy sauce, red pepper powder, green pepper
- Make vegetable broth with Kombu, gajuk(Toona tree leaves), dried shitake mushroom
- Julienne zucchini
- Wash off excessive flour on the knife cut noodle and cook in the vegetable broth
- When the noodle cook a half way how you want to cook, add zucchini and Shitake mushroom
Topping Sauce
- Mix soy sauce, red pepper powder, Chopped green pepper together
오이지 하나 쏭쏭 썰어서 물에 잠시 담갔다가 깨소금 시럽 참기름 한방울넣고 조물조물
Pickled cucumber Muchim
-Ingredients: Pickled cucumber, water, sesame seed, sesame seed oil, maple syrup
- Slice pickled cucumber and soak in water for a while
- Drain water and squeeze water out
- Mix with sesame seed, sesame seed oil and maple syrup
배추 칼로 어슷 쳐서 잠시 절여놨다가 고추가루 간장조금 설탕 고추다진거 감식초 넣고 무침 돼.
Bae-Chu-Gut-Jeol-yee (Napa cabbage salad)
-Ingredients: Napa cabbage, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, green or red pepper, persimmon vinegar
- Cut off the end of Napa cabbage and separate all the leaves
- Cut leaves in halves longitudinally and cut them into bite sized pieces at 30 degree angle
- Salt the cabbage and let it seat for 30 min.
- Drain water
- Mix with red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, chopped green or red pepper, persimmon vinegar
