020721 - ㅡ호박국수와 무조림
재료ㅡ국수,애호박3 무1, 풋고추3,빨간고추1,메이플시럽,간장, 표고버섯.깨소금,채수거리(다시마,가죽,양배추,표고버섯)
Ingredients: Somen Noodle, Korean Zucchini 3, Korean Radish 1, Green Pepper 3, Red Pepper 1, Maple Syrup, Soy sauce, Shitake mushroom, Sesame seeds, Vegetable Broth (Kelp, Gajuk(Toona tree Leaves), Cabbage, Shitake mushroom)
ㅡ채수낸다.
Vegetable Broth
Boil Kelp, Gajuk(Toona tree Leaves), Cabbage, Shitake mushroom with water for 30 min.
ㅡ호박을 채썰어 소금 들기름약간 넣고 볶아놓는다.
Slice Zucchini and stir fry it with perilla oil
ㅡ국수 삶아 씻어서 일인분씩 담고 채수 붓고 호박 볶은거 올린다. 듬뿍.
Boil somen noodle and wash off excessive flour with water.
In a bowl, add noodle and zucchini, and pour vegetable broth.
무조림 Korean radish jorim
ㅡ무 납작납작 썬다. 소금,간장,메이플시럽으로 먼저 잘 간을 해 놓는다.
Cut radish into 1 cm thickness.
Mix with salt, soy sauce, maple syrup and let it sit for 10 min.
ㅡ그 위에 고추,표고버섯채썬거 넣고 물 머리만큼 넣어 푹 익을때까지 졸인다. 채수를 좀 넉넉 만들어 조림 물을 채수로.
