빡빡장
ㅡ재료: 감자1 호박1 풋고추3 불린표고4 깻잎 약간 된장3S 고추가루1S 밀가루 1ts 소금 설탕 약간
Ingredients: potato 1, korean zucchini 1, green pepper 3, shitake mushroom 3, perilla leaves 2-3, doinjang (fermented soy bean paste) 3T, red pepper powder 1T, flour 1t, salt, sugar
ㅡ모든재료 스몰 다이스, 들기름 소금 솔솔 한번정도 넣고 조금 볶다가 풀 죽으면 물 머리만큼 붓고 끓인다. 끓으면, 된장 고추가루 밀가루 설탕 넣고 자작하게 끓인다. 간봐서 싱거우면 국간장 약간.
Dice potato, zucchini, green pepper, shitake mushroom, perilla leaves into small pieces.
In a pot, add 2 T of perilla oil and stir fry until vegetables are slightly cooked.
Pour water until vegetable are covered.
When it starts boil, mix vegetable with Doin-jang, red pepper powder, flour until the water level is down to half. Add Kuk-gan-jang(soy sauce for soup) if needed.
ㅡ배추(있음) 상추 쌈.
Napa cabbage, green leaf lettuce
ㅡ밑반찬, 김치, 콩장 (있음)
Serve with Kimchi and Kong-jang
